The spacious Premium King Room offered a surprisingly cozy feel, with a nice sofa bed that adds flexibility for groups. Conveniently located near local attractions, it made exploring the area smooth.

Despite having a comfortable layout, the room turned out to be uncomfortably hot with inadequate ventilation, lacking actual air conditioning. Attempts to adjust the room's temperature had minimal effect, and the design did not allow for airflow near the bed. basic maintenance issues like dim lighting persisted, making the overall ambience feel dated rather than inviting.

The location is convenient with easy access to nearby attractions and the restaurant offers a varied menu with quality food. I appreciated the stunning city view from my room which was a delightful aspect during my stay....  

I had a lovely one-night stay at this place. the breakfast was delightful, and the room was surprisingly spacious. The pool was a fun spot to unwind after a big meal!

The stay provided spacious accommodation, perfect for our family. Enjoying delicious freshly cooked pancakes at breakfast was a highlight, although I did find some food debris in one dessert that was quickly addressed by the staff. The leisure facilities were enjoyable and the staff helpful in guiding us on peak times, enhancing our experience.

The location makes it easy to access nearby attractions like the shopping center and Xscape, which are just a short walk away. The presence of a mini fridge and a kettle in the room adds a practical touch wanting to unwind with a drink....  

Had a fab stay with a clean, spacious room and the kids loved the pool! Special shoutout to Bow and Emy for making our dinner extra special!

Use the cozy bar area to unwind after a long day, as it offers a nice atmosphere and occasional live music.

Delightful staff, delightful restaurant, with friendly and welcoming service from all the restaurant staff during both the evening and breakfast that truly enhanced our stay, and we also enjoyed the convenient...  

Big comfy room and lovely breakfast!

I stayed for 5 nights in a Standard Double Room and loved the space! The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat, and the big chair made reading so comfy. Breakfast was a highlight, super delicious every morning. Only wish the gym and pool didn't close so early at 9:30 pm.

Target audience disappointed travelers

Had a nice experience at the bar, the atmosphere was decent and relaxing, made it easy to unwind after a long day. I had dinner at the restaurant and it was surprisingly good, really enjoyed the meal—it felt like a nice reward....

The welcome from Lauren was genuinely warm, setting a positive tone right from the start. Breakfast options were diverse, making it easy to find something tasty each day.

Room decor seemed somewhat dated and in need of refreshing.

We had a wonderful family stay, enjoyed the clean pool, and met friendly staff like Rachel and Olena. The room was comfortable, but be aware the restaurant food doesn't match the hotel level. Try local dining for better value. Stay for the health club experience!
